1.1. The user / investor agreement document present in English language.

1.3. Depressant user / investor agreement is considered sign by new participant to join our platform after his/her registration.

2.1. The investors must be elder than 18 years.
2.2. They must be a legal citizen of the following countries. Pakistan, UAE, Arab, Emirates, Malaysia, Singapore, Afghanistan, Turkey, UK, Qatar, Iran.
2.3. Website - is the internet resource, containing the totality of contained information and intellectual property (including computer programs, database, graphic registration of interface (design), etc.) in information system and objects of intellectual property, access to which is provided from different user devices connected to the Internet by means of special software.
2.4. User agreement – is the presented agreement, terms of placing announcements and other rules and documents, regulating work of the NetStock platform or dividing the rules of the Service use, published on the website.
2.5. Services - are functional possibilities, services and facilities accessible.
2.6. An account - is registration data, unique login (address of e-mail) and password, created independently by the User in the process of Registration on the Website or changed in future by the User through the Account Settings, used for access in the Account Settings after authorizing of the User on the NetStock platform.
2.7. A login of the User - is an unchangeable internal electronic code that is appropriated to every User.
2.9. Registration is totality of User activities, corresponding to indicate NetStock platform instructions, and also corresponding to the User agreement, that includes the grant for Registration data and other information, accomplished by User with the use of unique function of user interface of the NetStocks Project to form the Personal account and to access to separate NetStock Project Services.

General Terms and Conditions
3.1. To use services provided by the Platform, each User must be registered on the Platform website and logged in.
3.3. A decision on registration the website is made exclusively by the User.
3.4. It is forbidden to sign various accounts for one person, including accounts with various email addresses. Each User may be registered only once and must use only one user account (otherwise, his account will be locked out with no chance for recovery).
3.6. The User should realize that all photo-, video- and text information at the NetStock platform website is a subject of copyright matter. It is provided exclusively for introductory and recommendation purposes.
3.7. The User bears responsibility for using information received on the NetStock platform website.
3.8. The minimum amount of investments – 100$, the maximum amount of investments. And the Maximum could be exceed to 30,000$
3.9. There is no minimum and maximum earning of profit it could be zero% to percent 40% of the amount of profit, while it can be zero to 15% of the amount of investors capital.
3.10. The profit would be distributed equally among all the investors according to the profit earn on your capital amount. The company may use different financial and marketing technique to decrease the risk of loss and to secure your capital.
3.11. The distribution of profit and the ratio that is mentioned above by the company financial expert.
3.12. The company is using the currency of Dollar $ on a fixed rate of hundred rupees per dollar per $.
3.13 There is 6% to 7% present direct commission which is according to different type’s membership types. Company could change the policy of commissions according to company marketing strategy the investors must update their memberships after expiry date.
3.14. The company has the right to change the financial plans according to business environment.
In case of closing of the company we are bonded to give you a part of capital with profit or loss of that current period.
3.15. Investor apply for release there profit after 7 months of their investment with the deduction of 30% and after one year without any deduction charges.
Responsible:
The company is responsible to answer any question regarding any financial issue. The company is also responsible to solve investor’s accounts issues.
Every networker and investor is responsible to report every issue of their down liners.
Capital:
company is providing you the financial business services they are responsible of any fraud/ rubbery but not losses in businesses. Company can provide the business financial statements on their investors demand.
Rights and obligations of Company:
Multiple accounts registration.
Insults of users, employees.
Validity of Agreement:
The present Agreement becomes effective after registration of personal account.
The validity time period of this agreement is 1 year from the date of your registrations.
Investors are strongly recommended to check the content of the Agreement from time to time with respect to changes and additions. The company has the right to change their financial plan and marketing plain without informing every individual investor.
